house rules / QUIET HOURS

We are all travelers, on different time zones, with where we are coming from and going to, please respect quiet sleeping hours.

Weekdays: 10pm to 8am // Weekends: 10pm to 9am. If you are looking for a quite house to work and sleep - this is it! If you are looking for a party in Nashville house - this is not that place. Sorry!

BASEMENT apartment

Bedroom

Comfortable Queen bed, with sheets and comforter, extra fuzzy blankets and pillows.

PLUS: Dresser & Clothes hanging Shelf. Small chair + ottoman, TV with Netflix, fan, space heater, and wall outlet with USB ports. Warm glow lights and bright overhead lighting available.

Your room is clean when you arrive, no need to make the bed when you leave.
All towels and sheets are cleaned upon your departure.

Bathroom

Stand-up shower, with face towels, bath towels, mini soap, shampoo. Bathroom has small mirror and full length mirror. Comes fully stocked with toilet paper and misc toiletries. Blue shelf unit has additional towels & sheets.

Discard of dirty towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.

Kitchenette

Kitchen space is perfect for the visitor on the road, most of your eating will be out trying out so many of the various restaurants Nashville has to offer, but we have you covered on mini-fridge/freezer and microwave for left-overs! There is also a Keurig for coffee / hot water needs, as well as a toaster!

This kitchen space comes with glasses, plates, silverware, wine opener, Keurig coffee & hot water maker, coffee cups, tea, sugar. The fridge is stocked with cold britta filtered water and a couple water bottles. We also have little garbage and recycling bins, and leave your dishes - you’re on vacation, let us take care of that! Also we have napkins, to-go cups, salt / pepper… we’ve tried to think of it all, let us know if something is missing!

Dishes: Dispose of food, put dishes on the black tray. Ashley will take care of washing them, you’re on vacation.

Living Room + Laundry

The main room has TWO futon Couches / coffee table / end table. Futon can be made up as an additional bed. Please schedule with Ashley in advance of your arrival to be made up.

Desk w/ Chair.

You have access to the Laundry washer / dryer.

RATES

• Solo visitor: $50 per week night / Additional +$10 Friday / Saturday nights.

• Extra visitor in same bed + $15 per weeknight / or $20 per weekend night.

• Extra visitor on futon + $20 per night / or $25 per weekend night.

• Cleaning Fee = $50 for solo visitor, 3 nights or less. $75 cleaning fee for 2 visitors up to 4 nights. $100 cleaning fee for 5+ nights.

Need an Air mattress? We got one of those, too!

Monthly / longer stays available at discounted pricing! Holidays / holiday weekends are subject to additional fee.

Cancelation policy: Rooms can be held if you are not sure of your exact travel plans. However, if i receive another inquiry, you will be notified first to either confirm or release the date(s). If you confirm, payment is due at that time. If you choose to cancel before your stay - there is no refunds - UNLESS i am able to book those dates, and at which time you will be refunded those dates, less a $100 booking fee. Leave early? No refunds (unless I am able to rebook those nights, again, less $100 fee).
